Our Terms of Sale and Delivery
All our prices include VAT.

You can make your payments via credit card.

Paying in Installments:
Published in the Official Gazette dated September 27, 2016 and numbered 29840; Pursuant to Article 1 of the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards, the application of installments for all bank cards and credit cards has been abolished in our business line due to the application made by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).

Validity of Your Order
Your orders will be valid after bank approval. For this reason, your order; will be covered based on stocks at the time of payment. The cost of your unfulfilled orders will be returned to you or, in line with your request, an exchange will be made with a product that is in stock, provided that it is the same price.

When Will My Order Be Delivered to Cargo?
The products you order are delivered to the cargo company to be delivered to your address within 1-3 working days at the latest (weekends and public holidays are not included in this period) after your order is confirmed. This period may change during the campaign periods.

Which Cargo Company Will My Order Be Sent With?
The shipments of your order, it is sent to your address with an international cargo company. The delivery period is as long as the delivery times provided by the contracted cargo company after the delivery notification to the cargo to be sent following the order confirmation e-mail and may take up to 10 (ten) days. This period may be extended by a maximum of 10 (ten) days, provided that the Buyer is notified in writing or through a permanent data carrier.

In regions where the cargo company delivers once a week, there may be a delay in the specified day in cases such as inaccuracies or deficiencies in the shipping information, some social events and natural disasters. Enki Jewelry cannot be held responsible for these delays. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, Enki Jewelry is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person/organization not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the shipping information and/or the Buyer's absence. If the product/products did not reach the Buyer within the specified days, you should contact our Communication Center for delivery problems and create a record.

In case of damaged package; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo Company official. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, the Buyer should request that the package be opened there and checked that the products were delivered undamaged and that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation must be reported in writing to Enki Jewelry as soon as possible with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer.

Cargo Tracking:
After your order is delivered to the cargo, you can track the cargo movements under the "My Account" menu.
When your order is delivered to the cargo, your cargo tracking link is sent to you via e-mail and SMS.
